Introspection is all about drawing your energy and attention inward. Just like to tools and strength and courage I've mentioned in the past days, the most important thing that lies within your person is your sense of truth and knowledge that lives in your core. Think deep about your motivations, your principles, your inner guiding values. There doesn't need to be a reevaluation, or any updates to these things. I just want you to spend sometime thinking about them. The things that matter the most to you. How are those integrated into your life. Find your inner light and let it shine bright.
Journal Prompts:
- How and how often are you connecting with your inner truth and knowledge?
- Are there ways you can deepen this connection? Are there things that are taking you away from that connection?
- How can connecting with your inner spirit help you achieve the things you want to call into your life?
Today's Gift:
Today's gift is a candle rooted in introspection. Whenever I think of turning inward the first thing that pops to mind is the hermit. It brings visions of a cabin in the woods, fresh snow blanketing the ground, and time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life— a moment to sit and connect with your inner guiding light. That is what is imbued in this candle. It is one of my favorite candles in the collection and I hope you love it as much as I do.
Scent Notes:
