I have a deep and valued relationship with the fireplace and hearth in our family room.  Often I can be found seated, on the hearth surrounded by my plants in the fire's warmth. This is the place I meditate. It's  where I spend time in my spiritual practice, and where I do yoga. No. 27 is my homage to my hearth. A love letter to the fire that warms my home, and ignites and grounds my connection to the world around me.
