Day 19 | VITALITY
vai-ta-luh-tee | noun lively and animated character
After working to understand the sources of stress yesterday, which can bring up some strong emotions depending on the root cause, today we’re switching gears focusing on the good things; that pure, warm energy of the sun. This is the energy of clarity, joy, and vitality. Today is about feeling alive, happy, and confident. This energy asks you to release all pretense and allow your true, happy self to shine brightly.
Vitality is the feeling of energy flowing easily through your system; it is the reward for the structured work you have been doing. Your commitment today is to celebrate the small successes you have had so far and actively seek joy.
Stop minimizing your wins. Did you stick to your boundary yesterday? That is a success. Did you find 10 minutes for yourself? That is a success. Acknowledge and own it. To increase your vitality, you need to connect with simple, pure happiness. What makes you feel genuinely joyful and childlike? This is not a complicated, expensive act; it is a simple pleasure. It could be listening to music, spending time outside, or laughing with someone you love. When you allow yourself to feel this kind of light and joy, you are replenishing your inner well and reinforcing your core intention. The more vitality you have, the easier it is to maintain your self-care routine.
Give yourself permission to be undeniably happy today. Step into your authentic light and let that energy fuel the rest of your journey.

THE GIFT
Today's gift is another soaking salt. This one is airy and bright, like sunshine. This scent is meant to uplfting and inviting. The scent on these salts is one fresh basil, bright citrus peels, a hint of tomato leaf, and aloe. It is almost watery.
I know that some of you won't have a tub to soak in. I recommend running a bowl of hot water and soaking your feet. That's my go to when I need a quick pamper and don't have the time for a full shower. You can also add these salts to a simmer pot. Just make sure you absolutely don't eat them. Make sure to clean your pot thoroughly too.
