Day 16| AWAKEN

One of my favorite things about this box is that there's a point where you reach that "a-ha" moment. There's a point where you have an awakening that forces a sudden, necessary shift. It is your intuition forcing you to see a truth you have avoided. Maybe it is a belief about your commitments, or a routine you knew was never sustainable. This awakening pushes you to accept the situation immediately. You are being forced to stand on truer, more honest ground.

For all other boxes, you have a travel diffuser. Unscrew the wooden cap, pop off the plastic top and replace the wooden cap. Add the sticks and voila! You're good to go. PRO TIP: this size is actually meant as a travel diffuser. Once you've removed the wooden cap and the plastic top, add the metal ring before you add the wooden cap back on. That metal ring and clip will allow it to clip into your AC vent in your car. Think of it as a little bit of self-care on the go.
