Day 15 | REVEAL

Self-care is deep, nourishing work. As you explore what truly supports your well-being, you can uncover insights and truths about yourself that you might not have previously recognized. Each self-care practice, whether big or small, can serve as a mirror, revealing your patterns, habits, and needs in a way that helps you understand yourself better.

This process can be both enlightening and liberating. It’s a chance to tune in to your inner voice and uncover what makes you thrive. Maybe you realize that quiet mornings with your favorite beverage center are better than a packed schedule of holiday activities, or that journaling helps you process and stay grounded. These realizations not only shape your self-care practice but also ripple outward, influencing how you navigate your relationships, commitments, and daily life.

As you lean into these practices, you may find that self-care becomes less about “fixing” yourself and more about celebrating who you already are. It’s about embracing your quirks, honoring your boundaries, and showing yourself the same compassion you so freely give to others. This perspective shift is powerful, especially during the holidays, because it reminds you that the most meaningful gift you can offer yourself is the time and space to just be.

Learning from these moments can transform your approach to self-care into something profoundly personal and sustainable. Instead of seeing self-care as a one-size-fits-all checklist, you start recognizing what fulfills you the most. (This is my favorite part of my practice) Over time, these insights encourage you to make empowered choices—choices rooted in understanding and respect for your unique rhythms and values. It also makes it easier to structure your holiday season in a way that compliments your self-care practice and holds your boundaries.

JOURNAL PROMPTS

  • Reflect on the ways your self-care journey has revealed deeper truths about your needs and priorities, and explore how these realizations have changed (even if it’s tiny) your daily life.
  • Which self-care activities or habits genuinely nourish you, and which ones feel less aligned? How can I adjust my routines to focus on what truly supports me.

TODAY'S GIFTS

Todays gift for all three boxes is a room spray. Now, for the bookish box, I did get a little clever and renamed it Plot Twist. This room and linen spray is a blend of bright spring florals, think magnolia and peony blossoms mixed with a blend of cedar and sandalwood.

This is a box exclusive scent.
