Breakthroughs are transformative moments that shift your relationship with yourself. They often arrive when you make a profound realization about what truly supports you, whether it’s setting boundaries, prioritizing rest, or embracing self-compassion.
It's those moments when you finally find the missing sock—or when you suddenly remember where you hid the holiday presents. It’s like, “Oh, that’s what I’ve been missing!” These little bursts of clarity are what make self-care stick. They help turn what once felt like a chore into something you genuinely look forward to, like realizing you don’t have to do that fourth cookie exchange if it’s stressing you out.
This breakthrough doesn’t have to be a grand gesture; it’s often a subtle yet pivotal change in how you approach your needs, transforming self-care from something you “should” do into something you genuinely value and make time for. It can be as simple as figuring out that ten minutes of quiet with your coffee sets the tone for your whole day, or realizing that folding laundry can double as meditation (who knew?). Celebrate these moments. Let these small shifts carry you forward, keeping self-care a joyful part of your day rather than a to-do list item.
By fully honoring yourself, you unlock new levels of balance, fulfillment, and resilience.

TODAY'S GIFT
Today's gift for all of the boxes is Feel Better Bath Tea. This is an essential oil blend of tea tree oil, eucalyptus, and lemon mixed with dried herbs eucalyptus and lemon, and a blend of epsom and dead sea salts. I love this blend anytime I'm feeling a little under the weather. It's great for easing sore muscles and body aches as well as clearing out stuffy sinuses.
Don't have a tub? Don't worry! You can make this tea into a foot soak. There are a lot of benefits to soaking your feet when you don't feel well, but the biggest is that it can draw congestion away from the head and help soothe the body. Just pour some warm water in a large bowl and add the contents of the pouch to the tea bag and voila! You're good to go.
If you'd like to re-order in the future, you can grab more feel better salt HERE. Or you can try a shower steamer. I will be adding the tea to the shop full-time in the New Year.
