Confidence

Confidence can feel like both a blessing and a curse. When we have it, it feels great. It propels us through the day and helps things feel easier. When we don't feel confident, it can often feel like we're undeserving. We can see confidence in others and think that it is something they just have. What if I told you that confidence is something we can actively work towards and build over time, just by acknowledging the things we like and feel good about in ourselves. Today I invite you to actively practice confidence.

  • What is one thing you love about yourself? Say it out loud. Write it down. Recall that one thing throughout the day.
  • Who are your biggest cheerleaders?
  • What is one thing you can accomplish today that will bring you confidence?

Today's treat is a No. 13 candle. This candle is one of the my favorites. I put a lot of personal intention into it. When I first launched, I had 12 scents and knew that I wanted to save 13 for the Samhain holiday. October is my favorite month of the year and Samhain and Halloween are my favorite holidays. This time of year holds a lot of significance in my life, a true time of rebirth. A time when many years ago I pulled myself out of a dark spot and started really moving forward and pursuing my goals. This candle is inspired by all of that which was, ultimately, confidence. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed making it.

Remember to burn your candle for at least one hour the first burn, to ensure the wax pool makes it to the edge of the vessel. By burning your candle to the edge and keeping the wick trimmed to 1/4" you'll get the most out of the estimated burn time.
