Evelina Westerly—a scent inspired by Emily McIntire's Wretched

Officially licensed Emily McIntire candles based on Wretched from the Never After series. This is a pre-order campaign and will begin shipping on 2/26.

I always have so much fun reading Wretched by Emily McIntire. It is 100% Evelina Westerly's fault. I love her snarky attitude. The opening scene with Nick in the bar had me hooked. Just like the other candles I've made inspired by Emily McIntire's strong female leads, I set out to create a scent that not only matched the description but also captures their story. This Evelina Westerly inspired candle is rooted in earthiness and blended with floral elements, a true homage to her work in the family business. While this candle isn't as complex while it burns as others in my catalog, the depth really shows through in how it smells when cold vs. hot. When not burning, expect sweet floral notes of rose and cherry blossom with a hint of pear and light powder. When it burns however, you'll notice the rose and cherry blossom notes marry with clove, earth, cedar, and moss to offer a more sophisticated and complex scent that is truly Evelina. This scent is perfect for bringing cozy vibes into any space.

Emily McIntire has provided their approval for the use of this artwork, but please note that they have not directly collaborated with me in the artistic process. Additionally, any character traits depicted in the artwork are purely the result of my imagination and have no connection to any future characters in books by Emily McIntire, as I possess no foreknowledge of such traits.

ABOUT THE PRE-ORDER

Since this is a new collection, I will have it available for two weeks from 2/12 - 2/26. Your orders will begin shipping on 2/26. After this initial pre-order, I will evaluate whether they'll be joining the bookish line up as always in stock, or made to order. Please note that if you purchase something on pre-order along with other in stock items, your order will not ship until the pre-order is complete and ready to go. That means, if you order other scents with the Never After collection, your order will not ship until 2/26. All pre-orders will ship in the order that they are received. I am a one-woman circus and sometimes delays happen.
