Tristan Faasa—a scent inspired by Emily McIntire's Scarred

Officially licensed Emily McIntire candles based on Scarred from the Never After series. This is a pre-order campaign and will begin shipping on 2/26.

Call me a jackal, if you must, but I was team Tristan from the prologue. I will always root for the villain, which is probably why I love this series so much.  In my eyes, Tristan Faasa is a top-tier MMC. His compassion and love for Simon. The way he cared for the people of his kingdom, even if it was veiled in a quest for power. The way he falls in love and softens without losing his rough edges. All of it had me cheering for him and the rebels the whole time. I was able to take full liberties with this one since Tristan’s scent isn't explicitly described in Scarred, by Emily McIntire. I wanted something that truly captured his personality and wasn’t just another obviously masculine and hot guy scent. For Tristan’s candle, I wanted a scent that showcased loyalty, vengeance, lust, the forest (IYKYK, that first kiss scene lives rent-free in my mind), and obviously some smoke from all the joints he enjoyed. If you want a candle that is rich and broody, The Tristan Faasa candle fits the bill. 

SCENT NOTES:

Top: saffron, bergamot, eucalyptus, honey

Middle: clove, incense, cypress, pine, amber

Base: smoke, peppercorn, dark musk, tonka bean

ABOUT THE PRE-ORDER

Since this is a new collection, I will have it available for two weeks from 2/12 - 2/26. Your orders will begin shipping on 2/26. After this initial pre-order, I will evaluate whether they'll be joining the bookish line up as always in stock, or made to order. Please note that if you purchase something on pre-order along with other in stock items, your order will not ship until the pre-order is complete and ready to go. That means, if you order other scents with the Never After collection, your order will not ship until 2/26. All pre-orders will ship in the order that they are received. I am a one-woman circus and sometimes delays happen.
