Today, we focus on finding balance. This energy is about fairness and honesty, especially with yourself. Balance isn't about dividing your time exactly in half; it’s about finding the specific mix that makes you feel whole and steady.
When you feel off-kilter, you know there is an imbalance in your energy exchanges. Are you giving too much? Taking too little? Are you being overly critical of yourself or overly permissive?
Your commitment today is to identify the most critical imbalance in your life. This requires honesty. Where are you neglecting your own needs to please others? Where are you ignoring your “why” to satisfy a temporary distraction? To restore balance, you need to practice fair exchange. The law of fairness applies to your self-care, too. This might mean setting a new boundary or saying "no" to a commitment that tips your scales. True inner peace comes from confronting the truth about where your energy is flowing and bringing it back to a centered path that honors you. Don’t aim for a perfect 50/50 today. Aim for the honest, centered spot that brings you the most equilibrium and calm.
