I think I felt every emotion possible when reading this duology. I was not sold on Rahin. It took up until the end of The Ashes & the Star-Cursed King. I mean, I sobbed at the end of The Serpent and the Wings of Night. Jaw dropped. WTF did I just read? Sobbing. So naturally, we must turn these characters into candles. 

Raihn's scent description was interesting to me. I knew I was up for the challenge. For this Crowns of Nyaxia inspired candle, I wanted to blend the rich aromatic notes that saffron is known for and capture some of the other descriptions of Rahin that weren't necessarily scent-related. What does falling smell like, anyway? I know what I think. The top notes of this candle start fresh and clean, like air. As it burns and the oils heat the scent begins to deepen you'll get hints of eucalyptus and greenery. This gives way to the real star of the show, the base notes, where moss, sandalwood, and leather tie it all together. If you're looking for a unique scent that is both fresh and cozy, look no further than this Raihn candle.
