Day 24 | GROW

Growth during the holidays is not something at the forefront of our minds. As we get caught up in the hustle and bustle, it is easy to stay in (or slip back into) old patterns. As we near the end of this self-care journey, it is time to honor your personal growth.

As you explore new ways to nurture yourself, remember that growth is not always about doing more; it’s about listening to your needs and taking intentional steps toward becoming your best self. Whether you're setting aside time for mindfulness, pursuing a new hobby that excites you, or creating healthier routines, the key is to approach these changes with an open heart and a willingness to invest in your well-being. Trust that these actions, however small, will lead to meaningful growth and a deeper connection with yourself.

Focus on aligning your actions with what feels good and fulfilling. Personal growth flourishes when you care for your mind, body, and soul. By honoring your emotions and your intuition, you create the space to cultivate your potential. The more you practice and prioritize your self-care, the more you’ll strengthen your connection with your inner wisdom and the natural rhythms of your life.

Speaking from personal experience, I know how easy it is to want to do all of the things. I also know it is a great excuse to fall into old patterns when you can't find time for everything. The most important part of all of this is to honor yourself and your needs. Before we started this journey, you worked out your intention for the next 25 days. I encourage you to keep this with you, even after the 25 days are over to keep up your practice well into the new year.

JOURNAL PROMPTS

  • What areas of my life feel ready for personal growth, and how can I support them through self-care?
  • How can I align my daily routine with practices that nourish my mind, body, and spirit?
  • What is one small change I can make today to nurture my growth and well-being?

TODAYS GIFT

I always like to start and end these boxes with a simmer pot. Today's simmer pot for all of the boxes is one I use regularly at the new moon. It is one that is great for setting intentions, continuing growth, and manifesting the things that we want in our lives. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do.
